A man accused of assaulting a woman at the Wells VFW has been officially charged with felony stalking and domestic assault. A criminal complaint says, Wesley Wayne Tolleson was charged Monday in Faribault County Court, stemming from a complaint saying the 35 year old allegedly chased the victim and threw her to the ground. He’s also seen on surveillance video kicking the victim multiple times, according to the criminal complaint.
