Two suspects in this weekend’s fatal drive-by shooting in Austin have been apprehended. Austin police said early Sunday morning that they arrested Manamany Abella, 23; a later update from the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says the second suspect, 28-year-old Cham Oman, is also in custody, and It’s not clear how many others may be involved in Friday night’s drive-by. Police say the driver was fatally shot, while two of his passengers were wounded and hospitalized in serious but stable condition. The investigation is continuing.
