AUSTIN, Minn. – A suspected drunk driver has accepted a plea deal in connection to a Mower County crash in which he and his passengers were injured. The Minnesota State Patrol says alcohol and speeding was a factor in the crash on Interstate 90 near mile marker 179 on February 7 that left the driver, Devon McCormick Lee, 20 of Albert Lea, and two passengers with non-life threatening injuries. Lee’s sentencing is set for October 5.
