Emotions were high at vigil for Albert Lea toddler murdered by mother’s boyfriend

Emotions were high at a vigil held over the weekend for a 2-year-old Albert Lea toddler who was murdered by his mother’s boyfriend. Ahziyas Dampha, was found dead on Thursday in Albert Lea. Family, friends, and even strangers came out to show their support, at Edgewater Park, where pictures and balloons filled the dock as a last send off for the child. A GoFundMe page has been setup to help cover the funeral costs for little Ahziyas.
