The Albert Lea man arrested Saturday morning after holding the South Central Drug Investigative Unit SWAT team at bay at a house on College Street is scheduled to stand trial on multiple charges in October. Donald Maurice McCormick appeared Monday on outstanding warrants. All of the cases are scheduled for trials on Oct. 16, with pre-trials on Sept. 25. McCormick is being held at the Freeborn County Adult Detention Center with additional charges pending. A 34 year old woman was also taken to the Faribault County Jail on an outstanding warrant.
