All three suspects in a fatal June 9th drive-by shooting pleaded not guilty in Mower County District Court Tuesday. 28-year old Cham Obang Oman and 23-year old Manamany Omot Abella, and 18-year old Jenup Stepen Chop, all of Austin, allegedly opened fire on a vehicle June 9th, killing a 25-year old Austin man, and wounding two others. Jury trials for Oman and Abella are scheduled for September 11, with a Jan. 16 jury trial set for Chop.
