An Austin Halloween tradition will still be held this year amid the pandemic, with some COVID safety protocols. The Mower County 4-H Haunted House will be held from 6:30-9:15 p.m., at the Mower County Fairgrounds on Oct. 31. However, participants will be required to pre register, and only groups of six will be able to go through at a time. Reservations are first come, first serve.
