Due to rising COVID cases BEA began a hybrid learning model on Monday, Oct. 19. In an email Blue Earth Area superintendent Mandy Fletcher told parents that all students in grades K-12 will be learning from the hybrid model in an effort to prevent community spread of the virus. As of this week, she said, 41 students are on mandatory quarantine due to close contact with a positive case.
