Snowy weather blamed for three separate crashes on Minnesota freeways

Snowy weather is being blamed for three separate crashes that left five people injured Sunday on Minnesota freeways. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, in the first crash, two Missouri residents were taken to the hospital after their vehicle crashed on Interstate 90 between Albert Lea and Hayward. And, a vehicle slid into the median on Interstate 90 in Oakland Township, injuring two people. Finally, a 19 year old driver was taken to Mayo Clinic in Albert Lea after his vehicle crashed on I-35 near milepost 10, according to the State Patrol.
