AUSTIN, Minn. – A Mower County man charged with 21 counts of mail theft in July 2019 has learned his fate. Andrew Spencer Brody, 37 of Austin, was sentenced Thursday to three years of supervised probation in the case in which Austin police say officers found multiple pieces of stolen mail at his home, which was also full of clutter, garbage and rotten food. Brody, whose 12 year old daughter lives with him, was charged with child neglect, as well.
