An Austin man who is facing nine felony charges in two different counties is now pleading not guilty to all of them. 36-year old Anthony Barrett Graham entered a not guilty plea Tuesday to a felony charge of 1st degree sale of drugs in Olmsted County District Court. Graham was arrested on March 17 after the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office reported that he sold approximately 25 grams of methamphetamine to a confidential informant. No trial date has been scheduled.
