A Jan. 28 sentencing date has been set for a Lyle man in connection to a Valentine’s Day DUI crash that left a man hospitalized. Brett Alan Frank, 42, accepted a plea agreement in the case on Thursday in Mower County District Court, in which he collided with a vehicle Feb. 14 on Highway 218 in Lyle Township.
