Lawsuits filed against three local restaurants for violating COVID19 safety protocols

(SAINT PAUL) – Three local restaurants have been cited for violating COVID19 safety protocols. The Minnesota Attorney General’s office announced Monday that lawsuits have been filed against, St. Patrick’s Tavern in New Prague, Pour House in Clarks Grove, and The Interchange in Albert Lea. The eateries have been allowing indoor dining which violates Governor Tim Walz’s Executive Order aimed at helping prevent community spread of the deadly disease. The executive order is in place until January 10, 2021.
