The lawsuits claim the 28-year-old surgery resident allegedly viewed records of more than 1,600 patients. He was charged in April with one count of unauthorized computer access. -0-
One person died in a tractor rollover accident Wednesday night near the Iowa-Minnesota border, just southwest of the township of Lyle. The Iowa State Patrol says the tractor was westbound on State Line Road near Dancer Avenue, when the operator lost control, skidded into the ditch and overturned. -0-
